Who can join

Any Baruch student, any major.

Membership is open to Baruch students who want a professional community that takes both their ambition and their faith seriously. You do not need prior experience in business or finance.

What members can expect

Invitations to every panel, workshop, and community event we run.
Practice space: résumé reviews, mock interviews, and presentations.
Access to BIIRG sessions and the research the group publishes.
People to ask — peers, board members, and alumni who answer.

What participation requires

Show up when you say you will.
Contribute to the room: ask, answer, and help set up.
Treat every member and guest with respect.

Apply for membership.

It takes about two minutes. A board member will follow up by email.

Before you apply

Is there an application deadline?: No. Membership is reviewed on a rolling basis while it is open.
Where are the WhatsApp and Discord groups?: Those links are shared with members directly after membership is confirmed, so the space stays for members.
Can I join BIIRG at the same time?: BIIRG runs its own application cycle. Join the association first and you will hear when the next cohort opens.
